The Voice of Confidence – How to Earn the Trust of Potential Customers

Business appraisers deal with some very delicate situations as business owners prepare to sell their businesses and seek professionals to help them with the process. A confident yet empathetic tone of voice is key to building rapport and earning trust. Unfortunately, subtle negative characteristics of an appraiser’s voice can be the reason a potential customer chooses not to move forward. The problem is that the appraiser may not be aware of how his voice impacts his business relationships. (Most people aren’t aware of how their voice comes across to others.)

This webinar will provide five keys to speaking with confidence, so attendees can leverage their voice to earn the trust of potential customers and close more deals faster.
