This presentation will provide examples and an in-depth discussion to assist the valuation practitioner in developing a “reasonable” personal goodwill calculation. Personal Goodwill is a complex issue that must be dealt with using academic methodology. A list of websites will be provided to glean a “reasonable compensation” for the owner of a company that may be an integral amount in the Personal Goodwill computation along with an in-depth discussion of the differences between Entity Goodwill v. Personal Goodwill. The webinar will also present a discussion on the different methodologies that are at our disposal.

Mr. Rudich was named a “Business Valuation and Financial Forensic Master”, as part of the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analyst’s Industry Titans awards at their June 2016 Conference.
